Abstract: The article focuses on the aspects of the proactive information sharing with foster parents on foster children. It states that information sharing will remove potential legal claims and limit considerable monetary damages. The Alabama Foster Parent Bill of Rights which states that the foster parents have rights to child information concerning his behavior, health and education. It adds that sharing information proactively enables foster parents to make knowledgeable decisions on adoption.
