Abstract: | All businesses use data, and all individuals contribute to this data- whether they know it or not. Over the last few decades, as the amount of data collected on the internet has increased drastically, the amount of data used by businesses has increased as well. With more data, businesses are able to reach wider audiences than ever before and create more meaningful impacts with their work. Whether deciding where to open a next franchise or deciding when the best time is to release a new product, businesses are able to use data to increase customer engagement and satisfaction in order to flourish in ways that were never possible in the past.
