Please consult a licensed medical professional if you have concerns. ==== Abstract: The study described herein examines these observations in relation to the new patient (NP) population of a cardiology practice in northern New Jersey. The cited preliminary data suggests that the average age of patients will be skewed towards the higher end of the spectrum as older patients appear more likely to develop cardiovascular issues based on the increased prevalence of risk factors in older populations.
