We are pleased to share with you the latest issue of YU Ideas, “Property in the Digital Age,” in honor of the holiday of Sukkot. As the rabbis of the Talmud teach us, a Sukkah must be a dirat arai, a temporary structure. On Sukkot, we leave our permanent homes, and enter structures that, despite their lack of permanence, symbolize divine protection.
