dc.description.abstract | This course will introduce you to the major topics in clinical psychology including the history and evolution of the field, psychological testing, clinical assessment/diagnosis/intervention, clinical research, and ethical considerations. Teaching methods will include lectures, class discussions, videos, reflection/reaction papers and roleplays.
Course Objectives
• Understand key topics in the field of clinical psychology
• Demonstrate ability to think critically about and apply clinical psychology principles and concepts.
