Abstract
Laboratory objectives: • To learn the basic language and methods of cell biology including pipetting techniques, dilutions, electrophoresis, protein assay, microscopy, cell counting, western blot analysis, ELISA assay, dot blot and tissue printing and tissue culture • To formulate and test an hypothesis and to analyze the obtained results • To be able to communicate scientific information both orally and in writing
