Abstract
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1. Describe pertinent laws and statutes that regulate the practice of speech-language
pathology and audiology
2. Evaluate arguments in support of/in opposition to contemporary/controversial issues in
communication sciences and disorders
3. Read, evaluate, and critique peer-reviewed research in communication sciences and
disorders
