Abstract
Professor Jacob I. Dienstag, ז״ל, was a distinguished bibliographer, researcher, and scholar. He served as the Librarian of Yeshiva University’s Mendel Gottesman Library of Hebraica/Judaica from 1940 to 1970. Professor Dienstag passed away in 2008. (This memorial is curated with the support of his widow, Mrs. Claire Dienstag.)
