Abstract
"Celebrating 359 Years: Historical Moments in the NYC Jewish Experience," held Dec. 10, 2013, by the Association of Jewish Libraries, New York Metropolitan Area (AJL-NYMA) chapter, offered a private tour of the local depository for all New York City agencies, with collections going as far back as the days when New York was still New Amsterdam. Co-author Rita Lifton was cataloger of The Library of The Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
