Course Objectives:
- Understand the tenets of behavioral and cognitive theory
- Understand how to create a case formulation using behavioral and/or cognitive theory
- Understand the key techniques utilized in behavioral and/or cognitive therapy and demonstrate ability to implement these techniques
- Understand “third wave” behavioral theory and techniques (e.g., DBT, ACT)
