Abstract

Course Objectives:

  1. Understand the tenets of behavioral and cognitive theory
  2. Understand how to create a case formulation using behavioral and/or cognitive theory
  3. Understand the key techniques utilized in behavioral and/or cognitive therapy and demonstrate ability to implement these techniques
  4. Understand “third wave” behavioral theory and techniques (e.g., DBT, ACT)
