Abstract
The interests of Eric M. Meyers stretch from the Bronze Age through the early Islamic period, from ancient Israel to the diaspora communities of late antique Italy, from literary to archaeological sources to the State of Israel and contemporary Jewish life in America. In celebration of Eric Meyers’ interests and contributions, I off er this study of the menorah — which spans all of these sources, periods and locales.
