Abstract
One does not just enter the Shabbat; one prepares all week for the arrival of Shabbat, one prepares more in earnest beginning the fourth day of the week, and one prepares with utmost mindfulness on the day immediately prior to Shabbat. If we want to gain the most out of Shabbat, it requires - and deserves - our careful, proactive preparation and forethought. (from Conclusion)
