Using the “coach approach”: A novel peer mentorship program for pediatric faculty

Abstract

The article presents the discussion on mentorship resulting in increased academic productivity and an enhanced sense of faculty community. Topics include using coach approach inquiry-based questions first and faculty mentors helping the faculty mentees rising self-awareness; and faculty mentee completing an individual development plan (IDP).
