Abstract: Life is about change. Individuals come together and decide to build a life together. Sometimes, happiness evaporates and there is a need to dissolve the union. When couples divorce, or one party to the relationship dies, bliss can disintegrate and morph into battle. We like to think that we can rely on Texas statutes to help resolve such conflicts.
