dc.description.abstract | The American Cancer Society (ACS) identifies several different behaviors that reduce the risk of contracting cancer. First and foremost, one should limit tobacco use as much as possible. Maintaining good health in general also helps in the fight against cancer, so the ACS suggests that each person should stay within a healthy weight range, lead a physically active lifestyle, eat a healthy diet, and limit alcohol consumption. | en_US |
