Both the Bible and the Talmud are replete with medical anecdotes, tradition, and law alluding to numerous physiological disorders. This paper delves into several of these disorders and discusses ancient remedies used to treat them. Today, many of these disorders can be successfully managed with occupational therapy, a relatively modern form of rehabilitation. Current practice methods encompass several of the discussed ancient remedies, demonstrating the timelessness of earlier practices in the setting of great advancements in medicine over time.en_US
