Abstract: Syllabus and Schedule Course Objectives Biochemistry is a requirement for many science majors and for applying to medical school. The goals of this lab course are to provide you with the technical, analytical, and writing skills necessary for conducting research. You will learn and practice common experimental techniques used in biochemistry, apply concepts learned in lecture, and learn how to write proper scientific reports. Besides theoretical and technical knowledge, undergraduate students must learn to communicate their experimental results in clear and organized research reports. These tools will help you succeed whether you want to follow a career in any science field, industry or medicine.
