Abstract: COURSE OBJECTIVE: To explore and understand Jewish Law as it applies to travel – by land, sea, or air. We will study some classical texts of Halacha and survey the views of medieval and modern authorities to gain an understanding of how various principles and requirements of Jewish law should be carried out in modern travel settings and situations.
