Abstract: Course Goal The students will develop comprehensive understanding and knowledge of: 1) many of the halakhot regarding the separation of meat and milk; 2) the halakhic system’s treatment of situations in which there is a lack of sufficient evidence to clearly establish the factual predicate to which a halakhah applies; and, 3) some foundations of the halakhot of ta`arovot (mixtures).
