Abstract: As we wrestle with ongoing heartbreak in Israel and beyond, I remain touched by our community’s commitment to making the world better. Through your good work and acts of kindness, you are making a difference. Please continue. In August, the Katz School welcomed 850 graduate students from across the United States and around the world. The school's growth is testament to the quality of education, to the faculty's groundbreaking research and to the dynamism and diversity of our student body. Faculty are working on the toughest problems in STEM and health sciences—from designing saferHIV drugs and exoskeletons for use in stroke rehabilitation to improving cognition through play. Our students and alumni are at the forefront, too—from developing a test kit to determine the cause of miscarriage to conducting market research for a FemTech startup that uses AI to analyze breast milk. It is such an important time to be at the Katz School. Read on to learn more and follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram. .
